It is our goal that the moment your patient steps through our door they will experience the compassion, positive attitude, and hands-on approach we bring to our job everyday. We care, and we show it. We are enthusiastic, motivated and positive with every patient who steps into our facility. Your patients should find that when the going gets tough, we are there beside them every step of the way to lead each one on their path to recovery. All of our therapy staff are certified and licensed within the state of Florida. We pride ourselves on the quality of therapist we have on board that help us create the type of therapeutic care that is second to none. At the time of your patients’ initial visit they are introduced to our patient care advocate Mr. Frank Tancredi. It is the patient care advocate’s responsibility to assure each patient has the best experience possible when it comes to their therapy and care. The patient care advocate is responsible for configuring a complete schedule based on the patients’ plan of care dictated by the physical therapist. Upon completion of the plan of care, patients are given a formal discharge in which a follow-up appointment with their referring physician is recommended and documented to be sure the umbrella of care stays with them.
